Mangala to meet Ban Ki-Moon today

External Affairs Minister Mangala Samaraweera who is currently on an official visit to the US, is due to meet UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon as well as US Ambassador to the UN Samantha Power today in New York.

Samaraweera is due to extend an official invitation to the UNSG during his meeting today. The Minister met with US Secretary of State John Kerry yesterday to whom he also extended an official invitation to visit Sri Lanka. (Lakna Paranamanna)
