Hulugalle discharged

Former Media Centre for National Security (MCNS) Director General Lakshman Hulugalle was discharged from the Kandy General Hospital (KGH) yesterday, hospital sources said.

His family members are reported to have requested that he be discharged so that they could admit him to the Colombo National Hospital.

But Colombo National Hospital sources said he was not admitted to this hospital.

Mr. Hulugalle was admitted to the Kandy General Hospital on Monday when he fell ill. (CP)
