Govt. to repay 41% of Golden Key depositors’ money - AG

The Attorney General today informed the Supreme Court that the Cabinet has taken a decision to repay 41% of Golden Key depositors’ money.

The AG has informed this when the Fundamental Right petition, filed by the depositors, was taken up before the five-judge bench comprising the Chief Justice today. (LS)
