The Supreme Court today refused to grant leave to proceed with the fundamental rights petition filed by former Supreme Court Judge Sarath De Abrew, due to the criminal proceedings against him in the High Court of Colombo as well as the Magistrate Court Mount Lavinia. (S.S.Selvanayagam)
