Eight OIC’s transferred

Police Headquarters said today that eight OIC’s have been transferred with immediate effect. Police said that the transfers were routine transfers and they were not taken on disciplinary grounds.

Chief Inspector (CI) P. Hemachandra transferred from Thanamalwila to Habarana, CI W. Vithanage transferred from Habarana to Anuradhapura, IP A. Sarathchandra transferred from Minneriya to the Police Field Force Headquarters, IP T. Palliyaguru transferred from Galle to Minneriya, IP W. Vedamulla transferred from Girnadurukotte to Police Field Force Headquarters, IP A.B Pushpakumara transferred from Pulasthigama to Puttalam Division, IP D. Kamal Abeysiri transferred from Police Headquarters to Athimale and IP Vajira Atapattu transferred from Sigiriya to Nuwara Eliya Division.
