CB bond issue: Three member committee appointed

A three member committee has been appointed by President Maithripala Sirisena to look into the irregularities reported when issuing Bonds by the Central Bank recently, the President’s Media Division said.

The President has further instructed to take strict legal action against anyone found responsible for any irregularity, if found, based on the committee investigations.
