A student stabs another in school

A 16-year-old student, who was stabbed by a fellow student of the same school today, was admitted to the Dompe Hospital and later transferred to the Gampaha Hospital, police said.

The student was stabbed while in the school premises following a brawl between them.

The suspect was arrested on a complaint made by the principal to the Dompe Police.
