Veddah Chief Uruwarige Wannila Aththo's spouse Uruwarige Heenmanika has died due to Covid-19 while receiving treatment at the Peradeniya Teaching Hospital.

Last week, several family members of Wannila Aththo have been contracted Covid-19.
