Unidentified person travelled in Thajudeen’s car: DSG

Deputy Solicitor General Dilan Ratnayake today told court today that investigations had revealed that an unidentified person had travelled in the back seat of Wasim Thajudeen's vehicle on the day he was found dead.

Investigations are continuing to identify the fellow passenger.

Colombo Additional Magistrate Jeyaram Trotsky further remanded ex-DIG Anura Senanayake and ex-crimes OIC Sumith Perera till January 19. They were earlier remanded in connection with the killing of Havelocks rugger captain Wasim Thajudeen. (Shehan Chamika Silva)
