Two ex-army intel officers arrested over Keith Noyahr abduction

Colombo, March 2 (Daily Mirror) Two suspects were arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) over the investigations into the abduction and assault of journalist Keith Noyahr.

The suspects were arrested in the Nawagattegama and Elayapattuwa police divisions yesterday.

The arrested suspects are 42 and 46 year-old retired soldiers attached to the army intelligence unit and residents of Nawagattegama and Ullukulama.

Journalist Keith Noyahr was abducted near his home in Waidya Road, Dehiwala in 2008.
