Traffic restrictions near Battaramulla due to War Heroes’ Commemoration

Colombo, May 18 (Daily Mirror) - Vehicular traffic will be restricted near the Battaramulla area tomorrow evening from 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm due to the National War Heroes' Commemoration Ceremony, Police said.

Police said roads will not be closed but traffic will be restricted for vehicles entering and exiting Colombo along Parliament Road via Jayanthipura from Palam Thuna Junction.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes. Motorists who exit Colombo can travel to Battaramulla Junction from Polduwa Junction and towards Palam Thuna Junction.

Motorists entering Colombo can proceed to Battaramulla from Palam Thuna Junction and travel to Colombo from Polduwa Junction.
