Take actions to eliminate discrepancies in purchasing liquid milk: Prez

While inspecting the Milco factory in Narahenpita this morning, the President advised the responsible ministers to take immediate action to eliminate the discrepancy in the purchase of liquid milk.

The President advised Agriculture Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage and Livestock, Farm Promotion and Dairy and Egg Industries State Minister D.B. Herath to take immediate action in this regard. 

This morning (25), the President paid an inspection visit to the Milco factory in Narahenpita.

The decision was made with the aim of uplifting the dairy farmer and promoting liquid milk consumption.
