T20 World Cup 2022 1st Semi-final : Pakistan beat New Zealand by 7 wickets to enter final

Pakistan have beaten New Zealand by seven wickets to become the first team to make it to the T20 world cup final today.

Babar Azam scored his 30th T20I half century before finally falling to Boult. Mohammad Rizwan  eventually crossed the 50-run mark himself. Earlier, the Pakistan bowlers and fielders were on point throughout the innings as they restricted New Zealand to a score of 152/4. A resurgent Shaheen Afridi was the star of the show, picking two wickets for 24 runs. 

Pakistan will face India or England, who meet in Thursday's semi, in Sunday's final in Melbourne.
