SLPP decides to sack Prof. G. L. Peiris

The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) has decided to remove Prof. G. L. Peiris from his post as the President of the party, the party said.

Party’s General Secretary Sagara Kariyawasam said that the members of the party’s executive Council unanimously decided to remove Prof. Peris.
