Primary sections of schools resume academic activities

Academic activities of the primary sections of government and government approved private schools from Grades 1 to 5 commenced today after months of closure due to Covid pandemic.

The primary sections of schools with lesser than 200 students started on October 21 under the first phase.

The teachers and principals also said that they would report to work from today despite their trade union action.
