Powercut for long weekend announced

The power cut schedule for the long week end was issued today, the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) said.

One-hour powercut during the long weekend and two- hour powercut on Tuesday (8) issued as follows.

Accordingly, areas that come under group A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V and W will see one hour powercut from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm during the long week end until Monday (7).

Meanwhile, the areas listed under A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V and W will experience one hour powercut during the daytime and one-hour during night, the PUCSL said. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
