O/L 2025 certificates to be issued only through online system

Colombo, June 24 (Daily Mirror) - The Department of Examinations has announced that certificates for the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination 2025 (2026) will be issued exclusively through an online system.

Commissioner General of Examinations A.K.S. Indika Kumari Liyanage said candidates will no longer be required to visit the Department of Examinations to collect their certificates.

She urged candidates to refrain from visiting the department for certificate collection and instead submit their applications online through the department’s certificate portal.

Under the new system, applicants can request their certificates online, after which the documents will be delivered to their homes via the postal service.
