Norwegian Embassy in Colombo to close on July 31

The Norwegian Embassy in Colombo announced that it will close on July 31, 2023. 

The Embassy said in a statement that from 01 August, the Norwegian Embassy in New Delhi will be responsible for Norway's bilateral relationships with Sri Lanka and the Maldives. 

The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced early June that they have decided to close the Embassy in Colombo from July 2023 and due to the closure all consular services, such as legalization, will come to an end on June 20.
