Naufer Moulavi is mastermind behind Easter attack: Minister

The intelligence services have identified Naufer Moulavi as the mastermind behind the Easter Sunday terror attack, Public Security Minister Sarath Weerasekara said today.

The Minister said that Naufer is currently detained.
