NPP to hold 21 May Day rallies tomorrow

Colombo, April 30 (Daily Mirror) - The National People's Power (NPP) will hold 21 May Day celebrations across 21 major cities throughout the island tomorrow, the NPP said.

Leader of the NPP President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya and JVP General Secretary Tilvin Silva are scheduled to participate in these celebrations.

The President is set to attend the May Day celebration in Nuwara Eliya tomorrow morning and the celebration in Maharagama in the afternoon.

The Prime Minister will participate in the May Day celebration in Ratnapura.

JVP General Secretary Tilvin Silva will participate in the May Day celebrations in Kalutara, Matara and Tangalle while Minister Bimal Rathnayake will participate in the Vavuniya and Jaffna May Day celebrations.
