Local Authorities Special Provisions Bill inconsistent with Constitution

Colombo, Feb 14 (Daily Mirror) - Speaker Jagath Wickramaratne today announced that two judges out of the bench of three have held that the Local Authorities Special Provisions Bill is inconsistent with the Constitution.
