Licences of three fuel trucks suspended

Following illegal fuel pumping video footages circulated on social media, the licenses of three fuel trucks have been suspended, Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera said.

Accordingly, the CEYPETCO and LIOC are conducting investigations over the incidents, he said.

The social media footages circulated showed fuel transport trucks illegally unloading fuel.
