Jeep plunges into stream: Two brothers killed

Colombo, November 23 (Daily Mirror)- Two bothers were killed after their jeep plunged into the Bujgamuwa stream at the Kamburapola bridge on the Kuliyapitiya-Hettipola Road early this morning.

The victims were identified as two brothers of a family in Kurunegala.

They were pronounced dead on admission to the Kuliyapitiya Hospital.

Initial investigations revealed that the jeep had probably plunged into the stream after it went out of control.

Kuliyapitiya police are conducting further investigations.
