Harshana Suriyapperuma appointed Secretary to Finance Ministry

Colombo, June 23 (Daily Mirror) - Dr. Harshana Suriyapperuma has been appointed as the new Secretary to the Ministry of Finance, filling the vacancy created by the recent resignation of Mahinda Siriwardana.

Dr. Suriyapperuma, who last week tendered his resignation as a Member of Parliament, formally assumed duties in his new role following the official appointment.
