Five more arrested with 100kgs of Ice narcotics in Sapugaskanda

Five more persons were arrested with 100 kilograms of Crystal Methamphetamine (Ice) at Raggahawatte in Sapugaskanda, Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana said.

The Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) arrested a suspect on April 10, with 100 grams of ice and heroin.

Also, the PNB arrested six suspects with 13 kilograms of ice drugs during an operation carried out in the Ja-Ela area yesterday (11).

The spokesman said the 100 kgs of Ice recovered following the interogating the previous suspects.

The PNB is conducting further investigations.(DSB]
