Directors appointed to SLTDA board

The government has appointed directors to Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) board consisting of industry representatives and senior public officials. 

The newly elected SLTDA board consist of Colombo City Hotels Association President and THASL Vice President M. Shanthikumar, Lanka Sportreizen Founder and Chairman Thilak Weerasinghe, George Steuart Travel Ltd. Director/Chief Executive Officer Channe Wijemanne, Former Secretary to the Ministry of Tourism Development S. Hettiarachchi, Additional Secretary to the Ministry of Tourism Waruna Samaradiwakara and Ishan Jayaskera. 

SLTDA Director General Chandani Werapitiya is also on the board.
