Crocodile spotted in Pamunugama handed over to Wildlife Dept.

A crocodile that was spotted in the Pamunugama area has been handed over to the Wildlife Department officials.   

According to residents, the crocodile was seen in the seas off Pamunugama and along the beach over the past few days.

Subsequently, several fishermen had raised complaints with the Police about the predator that they could not go for their fishing activities. The villagers said they finally captured the crocodile.
