Covid-19 cases in Sri Lanka climb to 1913

The toll of Covid-19 cases in Sri Lanka has increased to 1913, according to the National Epidemiological Report.

It said 531 patients are under medical care while 1371 patients have recovered and been discharged from hospitals.

Eight Covid-19 cases have been reported today of which five are Navy personnel and three are returnees from Iran.

So far, 11 Covid-19 deaths have been reported from Sri Lanka.
