Colombo, July 14 (Daily Mirror ) - The participation of Colombo Mayor Vraie Cally Balthazaar in a traditional Japanese dance at a public function has become one of the most sought after stories in social media.
The Mayor participated in a traditional Japanese dance act which was a part of an event held at the National Youth Council to mark 73 years of Sri Lanka - Japan friendship.
