Change in prevailing dry weather from tomorrow

Colombo, March 20 (Daily Mirror) - A change in the prevailing dry weather in the island can be expected by tomorrow, the Forecasting Division of the National Meteorological Centre said.

Several spells of showers will occur in the Eastern, Uva and Northern Provinces.

Showers will occur at several places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, Uva, Southern, North-Western, and North-Central Provinces during the afternoon or night.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Sabaragamuwa and Central Provinces and in the Galle and Matara districts during the morning.

The public is requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by temporary localized strong winds and lightning during thundershowers.
