CB bond issue: Harsha at PCol

Deputy Minister Harsha de Silva arrived at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into the Issuance of Treasury Bonds this morning to give a statement in connection with the issuance of Central Bank bonds, a spokesman for the commission said.
