A 14-year-old girl was admitted to the Bandarawela Hospital after delivering a baby at her home, police said.

The girl was reported to have delivered the baby at home and transferred to the Diyatalawa Hospital after being admitted to the Bandarawela Hospital.

Police are investigating the incident.
