This LED board indicating the places of tourist interest in the Western Province had been made at a cost of Rs. 4.5 million about one year ago without first identifying a site to put it on display.
Later they had tried to erect it over a building in Borella without success.
So, this expensive LED board is lying idle near a public toilet pending a decision on a suitable site to erect it for the benefit of prospective tourists, they say.
