NDB Rs.10bn debt issue oversubscribed

National Development Bank PLC’s (NDB) Rs.10 billion debenture issue—the largest to-date—has been oversubscribed, the Registrars to the issue, SSP Corporates said a while ago.

"We Wish to inform you that we have received applications for over Rs.10, 000, 000, 000 for the above debenture issue by National Development Bank PLC and accordingly the issue has been oversubscribed,” a stock exchange filing by SSP Corporates said.

The issue would be closed 4.30 p.m. today.
