Türkiye celebrates Democracy and National Unity Day

Democracy and National Unity Day, which commemorates Türkiye’s heroic resistance against the failed 2016 coup attempt orchestrated by the Fetullahist Terrorist Organization (FETO), was celebrated at the official residence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Sri Lanka, Semih Lütfü Turgut yesterday (15). Students of the Hameed Al Husseinie College were also present at the occasion.
