The programme featured a diverse range of sessions, covering topics such as effective communication, strategic thinking, team dynamics, and ethical leadership. Experienced facilitators and guest speakers shared their insights and expertise, providing valuable guidance and inspiration to the participants. The outbound training sessions, in particular, offered a unique opportunity for delegates to step outside their comfort zones, build trust, and develop their problem-solving skills in a dynamic and engaging setting.
