VISAKHA VIDYALAYA LUMINARA Batch of 2007

The Visakha Vidyalaya old girls batch of 2007 recently came together to celebrate their reunion at Water’s Edge, Battaramulla. The night was a graceful gathering of elegant ladies who cherished beautiful memories from their school days. A heartfelt memorial was held in honour of their departed batchmates, Harini Amarasinghe and Nirmani Liyanage, whose lives were taken too soon. A followup Dhamma sermon was also held in memory of the two lost souls at the Bhavana TV premises in Homagama. The event was generously sponsored by Cargills, Prima, Siddhalepa, Salon Nayana, Ramani Fernando Salons, Eliseo Aesthetics, Charma by Dr.Thilini, and Shello Cosmetics. The organising committee also contributed to two social responsibilities by helping flood-affected victims and cancer fighters.
