ARTRA Art Experience with Altair Collector Series: Edition Two Radhika Coomaraswamy

The ARTRA Art Experience Collector Series, Edition Two was recently held together with Altair, featuring an exhibition by Radhika Coomaraswamy. She was recognised for her insight into an architect’s artistic vision and vernacular design, influencing Sri Lanka’s art scene and cultural economy. As Executive Director of the International Centre for Ethnic Studies, she worked with social scientists and artists, collaborating with figures such as Barbara Sansoni, Ena de Silva, Chandragupta Thenuwara, and T. Sanathanan. She also supported the establishment of Ena de Silva’s Aluwihare Heritage Centre and was associated with the patronage of the Sri Lankan Archive for Contemporary Art, Architecture and Design.
