Why suspended? Why this type of suspension for contempt of court cases? Does the law work only when Judiciary is annoyed?
Cherath Thursday, 15 September 2022 08:37 AM
Only the fine really matter. Imprisonment even for 50 years matters not if suspended, in reality.

If he had joined a political party the case would have been dismissed and he would be rewarded with a ministerial portfolio

Put the judges in jail too. At this point, to suspend a sentence for financial fraud is totally unforgivable. The IMF bailout is never, ever going to happen. Do you think they are stupid enough to give money to a country that is rotten to the core, and beyond?? Total delusion.
