Leave aside party politics and lets join hands to resolve burning issues - RW writes to Sajith

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has invited the Samagi Jana Balawegaya(SJB) to join hands with the new government to resolve burning issues, leaving aside party politics.
In a letter to the Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa, the Prime Minister invited the SJB to support the joint effort made by them to immediately resolve the burning issues faced by the people and also to stabilize the country economically, politically and socially by obtaining foreign assistance.
The Prime Minister has also sought the Opposition Leader's positive and swift response as the future of the country was facing a serious situation day by day.

I agree with Ranil on this issue. Now time is not about party politics but to help people come out of poverty. It is a life and death issue.

Why does ranil want sajith to join him now? Didn't ranil say that he has the majority and can turn the economy around. So why now?? Looks like all of a sudden ranil has lost his confidance although he accepted out of greed

Shocked at Dr Harsha’s attitude by not taking the finance minster. Talks big but like his leader jelly knees and cannot put motherland before self. Never voted Ranil but I am supporting on behalf of motherland.

I agree to join hands leaving party politics but the corrupt Rajapaksa family and followers should not be in Parliament.
