Arrest warrant issued against Diana Gamage

Colombo, August 21 (Daily Mirror) - The Colombo Magistrate’s Court today (21) issued a warrant for the arrest of former State Minister Diana Gamage over charges filed under the Immigration and Emigration Act.

The case was taken up before Colombo Chief Magistrate Thanuja Lakmali Jayatunga today.

Court officials said the warrant was issued after Gamage failed to appear for proceedings related to the case, which accuses her of violating immigration and emigration laws.
