Clean air is the holy grail of our existence; without which living will be impossible. In the world before technology and industrialization the air was clear and pure. The only worry was putting food on the table for your family. In an urbanized setting, this might not seem clear, but the true reality can be identified once we venture onto the Nothern Province where lack of clean air is a massive threat for the children's’ overall wellbeing.

A single person alone cannot put a stop to this catastrophe. Each person is responsible to clear up after themselves. The most important thing that needs to consider is the vehicle that is used. It is very convenient to step into a vehicle and rush off to work early in the morning. It might be convenient for the driver, but the carbon emission left in its wake prove otherwise. To give a solution, one must dive into the core cause to such emissions.

The primary cause is identified within the engine of the vehicle, and the nature of the gasoline used as fuel. The fuel is burnt to give the needed drive, and the unburnt particles get sent out of the exhaust into the environment. That is the inconvenience that plagues the entire atmosphere.

That is what is known as combustion. It has to be said that from the quantities of fuel pumped, only a small margin gets burnt, and the rest is released into the environment. That is called partial combustion. In rare occasions, an engine might utilize maximum use of the pumped fuel by burning the entirety, thus leaving minimum traces of emissions. That is termed as complete combustion, that that is what every vehicle owner should strive for.

Best case scenario would be every vehicle permitting complete combustion. That would rid the world of these harmful carbon emissions. The solution comes in the form of Soltron Enzymatic Fuel Treatment. This is an enzyme; a catalytic protein produced naturally by living cells. It shows no after effects and is completely free from bi-products. Soltron comprises of an enzyme package extracted from microbes living in soil, plants (both terrestrial and marine) and crude oil to perform multiple functions in fuel to enhance its combustion properties. They are harmless upon contact, for both users and the engine which it is used in.

Enzymes do not affect thermodynamics, and do not increase the calorific value of substrate fuel. It only helps to extract maximum levels of calories from the fuel and converts it into productive mechanical energy. They lower the activation energy necessary to initiate or sustain chemical reactions, thereby increasing the rate of reaction during combustion. All fossil fuels are made up of hydrocarbons of different sizes and configurations. These structural differences are the root cause for incomplete combustion. Often fuel is the adulterant at 10-30%. Whilst this is legal in Arctic conditions, it is illegal everywhere else. The Soltron Enzyme is applied at 0.01%, 100ppm. This is well below the permitted single aftermarket additive dose of 1%v/v. This improves performance of fuel. These improvements include increased fuel economy, reduced emissions and increased power.

Soltron technology converts partial combustion into complete combustion. Additionally it prevents heavy molecules sinking to the bottom of the tank. That sludge is later on converted into combustible fuel. This, in turn transforms the total volume into usable fuel. This functionality gives Soltron recognition as a natural atomizer (which cleave and breakdown long chains of hydrocarbons). The process is conducted within the tank without the need of heat, pressure nor force. This is termed as “ambient catalytic refining”. This pre-prepared fuel will be a boost to “Pump operation of Petrol/Diesel, Common Rail and EFI systems” which are mechanically designed to be atomized by applying immense force and pressure.

This will perform above average levels to elevate the quality of combustion and its productivity. Thereby it will reduce the work load of catalytic converter; ultimately extending the service life of the unit.

Excess air is supplied in Boilers to compensate partial combustion impurities. The combustion efficiency increases with increased air particles until the heat loss in the excess air is greater than the heat provided by more efficient combustion.

In normal operations, excess air is required to blend partial combustion impurities and to make the stack appear as colourless fumes. Whereas in real terms, toxic emissions are present, but discrete with more air to make it look better. It is estimated that 15% of excess air exist within boilers and it represents 3-4% oxygen levels in the flue gas stack.

Mixing Soltron with fuel upgrades quality and it begins to show a higher oxygen percentage ( 5-7%) compared to the previous values with the same existing excess air supply. Dampers are expected to be closed in order to bring back oxygen levels to its initial state. This minimizes fuel wastage by heating the excess air. Through that it maximizes flame temperature and also heat retains longer within the combustion chamber.

In theory, the need to maintain excess air is redundant due to the superior combustion quality maintained. The fuel is at a better standard after the use of Soltron and it is evident that it prevents environmental pollution.
