LCB Finance PLC commenced their business for the New Year at the head office in Kohuwala with the blessings of the Buddhist Prelates and a Christian Pastor on 3rd of January. Staff of LCB Finance, a few customers and well wishers attended this simple ceremony headed by their CEO/ Executive Director K. G. Leelananda.
Thereafter, they had a Zoom meeting attended by all managers of the branches with Leelanada briefing everyone on the work needed to be done in the New Year.
He thanked all the staff who did a marvelous job in making LCB Finance the Most Committed Finance Company to Rural Development at the recently concluded South Asian Business Excellence Awards held at Monarch Imperial.
Leelananda further made the staff aware that LCB Finance had already got the approval to open thirteen branches within 2022 and the first being the branch in Tangalle to be open on the 11th January.
The other branches to be open are situated in Maharagama, Chilaw, Aluthgama, Nittambuwa, Baddegama, Anuradhapura, Galgamuwa, Kurunegala, Embilipitiya, Kegalle, Deiyandara and Akuressa.
