Yes, there is no point in having schools where teachers are not teaching. At present, the schools are only there to provide employment to some people. One these people get employed as teachers, they join hands with Stalin and keep asking for more and more benefits but not much teaching. Students therefore depend on tuition. If you want yo save these schools, then seriously start teaching at schools at least to justify the salary.
