Haycarb Group established its operations more than four decades ago at Madampe, Sri Lanka to become a leading global player in coconut activated carbons.
“Our economic, social and environmental sustainability is well established during the long years of successful operations in Sri Lanka. Apart from these initiatives we have been very active on major CSR platforms in Sri Lanka through both ‘Haritha Angara’ (environmental friendly charcoaling to support local entrepreneurship) and “Purtias Sath Diyawara” (providing purified drinking water to CKD affected villages and supporting/empowering village schools/talent). We will continue to be at the forefront of CSR initiatives as a core value in our business conduct.”
