Colombo, Dec. 8 (Daily Mirror) - Air Force SC emerged champions of the Women’s Invitational limited over cricket tournament when they recorded a close 10-run win on the D/L method over Army SC Ladies in the final played at the BRC Grounds today.

Army SC taking first lease of the wicket made 154 for eight and Air Force SC in their run chase were 110 for five off 38 overs when rain ruined proceedings.

Air Force SC Women: 110/3 in 38 overs (Chamari Polgampola 26, Oshadi Ranasinghe 34 n.o, Sanduni Abeywickrama 32 n.o).
