This kind of things never happened in SL cricket or anywhere in the world. Once a tournament or series has begun players are not permitted to return to their families until the conclusion of the series/tournament. Need strict rules

What a distraction in a middle of a series. Anyway, SL is known for coming up with gibberish things that just make news to the media. SL fans now move on with or without cricket as there are other important competitive games and sports happening elsewhere in the world, played at the highest levels.
