World's biggest wedding
Wedding ceremony of Sri Lankan couple Nisansala and Nalin as they break the Guinness record for a wedding with the most bridesmaids for a bride in Negombo, with 126 bridesmaids, 25 best men accompanied by 20 page boys and 23 flower girls.
The entire troupes were dressed in richly embroidered traditional costumes in shades of purple and gold.
Champi Siriwardana, one of Sri Lanka's leading wedding planners and dress designers who also happens to be Nisansala's sister-in-law came up with the idea to try to break the world record.
According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the previous record, at a wedding in Bangkok, Thailand, had 96 bridesmaids.
