@Prabath - Road Caved In Mate, this is to do with RDA / Contractor. Nothing to do with the lorry fella / lorry make.

for LKR 500/- u can have a fitness certificate n with this u can renew the license without going to Issuing authority for few thousand Rs.

This is what our most Sri Lankan does, they dont look into the fact of the issue. They just give verdict on the victim.
