I think her parents are also to be blamed for her death, cos they are the people wanted their child to go to Saudi Arabia to work, didn’t they know that she was 17 years old, by being parents we don’t want our children to suffer, whether we are rich or poor. That’s what I feel. Accentually can we blame the government.
